Vegan Crispy Tenders! Yes They Exist & They are So Good!

A couple of day ago the hubby brought a surprise home from Fred Meyer store. What was more surprising is that it was from the frozen food isle. I have nothing against frozen foods I was just surprised He found this treasure in an area were we only venture to buy frozen fruit for our smoothies.

They are MEAT-FREE & they taste so Good!
I was skeptical, I mean for my personal taste buds its usually a hit and miss with vegan meat-less products. But this one surprised me, and OH BOY! was I glad. We just baked them as per instructions at the back of the package and simply ate them with ketchup. Yes Ketchup! I wanted to start simple first to see if they passed the test.
The texture is so close to an original chicken nugget, that if you ever ate chicken nuggets you wouldn't miss them!
They are well seasoned, Not bland at all. My sons loved them and I am so excited because it makes the transition for them becoming vegan much easier. I have one son who mourns not being able to eat chicken again and these Crispy Tenders were a HIT with him.
